When a citizen gives his suffrage to a man of known immorality he abuses his trust; he sacrifices not only his own interest, but that of his neighbor; he betrays the interest of his country. – Noah Webster
Robocalls are over, although the ones from Barack and Michelle Obama are pretty darn awesome, the others not so much.
The media will again focus on what is going on in the world we live in, not just politics!
But today, 96 years after the ratification of the 19th Amendment, I will vote as I have done every single election since I was 18. However, this time will be different. Today, I will cast my vote for her. Gladly. Emotionally. Proudly!
I really hope you will be joining me and voting today. It is the most important thing you will do today!
I will be voting and I will be voting for Hillary Clinton with my daughter. This could be the best mother/daughter date ever.
I’m so much more emotional this morning than I expected. I am going to vote for Hillary — and I am proud and excited to do so.
I voted for Hilary and it did feel like a momentous occasion. There was even a line at our little polling place, which never happens, but I hope big turnout means more votes for Hilary. May your hats be powerful and predictive!
There was a crowd at the polling place this morning, as evidenced by the cars parked on the shoulder of the road, so I will be voting after work. With socks in tow, because it’s only gonna get worse.
Because I’m with her.
I cast my vote and cried like a baby. Such a feeling.
I voted on the way to work…pretty long line and cold toes (only 10 allowed in the polling room at a time…and the line was out the door of the school). What a feeling!
Hallelujah!!
In Washington we do mail in only but we vote, we did what we could.
surely didn’t see today coming … but thankful for the privilege of casting my vote (last week) for her.
I voted weeks ago. At the moment, I am in too much shock to think.
