Sometimes Monday’s are for endings…
Today is the 89th and final day of winter and I will complete my last bit of stitching in Winter later today.
I knit like the wind this weekend and today will bring me to the end of the first skein in my Clauranach.
And, it is the end of March Madness for 48 basketball teams, some quite unexpectedly.
Here is to a brief but spectacular Monday! Or, one that ends quickly and without drama!
Oh my, is it the Solstice tomorrow? yikes, it snuck up on me! We were pretty disappointed with the ACC’s showing … at least there are a few teams left. Can’t wait to see your finished Winter … and what you’re going to start for Spring! Happy Monday!
I’m also looking forward to seeing your whole lovely Winter and your start on Spring!
I could definitely use a day without drama
I didn’t realize that today was the last day of winter! I love the colors of your winter stitching and look forward to seeing what you will stitch for spring!
Oh yes, hurrah for spring. Time to start planting, vegetables and flowers, was my first thought and then unlike you, I would have liked to have been done with my pullover sweater, the Easel. I still have today?
Yes to no drama and a good fruitful Monday.
I can’t complain about our weather yesterday. it was nearly 60 and Fireman and I worked chopping down buckthorn and burning it. IT was TONIC to be oustide all day. The sun was out. I’m so grateful for it. Hooray for the last day of this winter. Thanks for the numbers. We had some good winter knitting didnt’ we?
I can’t wait to see your winter as well! We’re in the arctic zone right now…make it go away!!!
It’s the end of winter, but we’re supposed to get snow tomorrow — someone didn’t send the memo to Mother Nature!
I totally read that as “…my last bitching . Winter”!
Not that you have been.
I have so much work drama today. Oooof.
Your seasonal stitching is such a great idea! Can’t wait to see what your “winter” piece looks like all together . . . but mostly, I’m looking forward to spring!
Your stitching is lovely. A drama free Monday is always good.
Your Winter is amazing and I hope you show us all of her. May spring bring you inspiration and joy in her renewing way.
I cannot believe how quickly spring came and how utterly unspringlike it is outside! lovely stitchery 🙂
