Happy Friday, everyone! I am remembering what a slow start spring got in these parts. However, it seems that summer is not taking a page from that book. Next week our weather forecast is calling for temps in the upper 90’s all week long. Oy, summer is arriving with a vengeance! I hope that is not a foretaste of what the rest of summer holds for us!

However, my garden is in full on growth mode! I picked the first handful of beans and even a raspberry or two! Also, my potatoes are beginning to bloom! I will get some photos to share with you all next week. Everything is looking so lush and vibrant! Hopefully, this spate of ultra-hot weather does not change that!

My Vodka Lemonade is making steady progress (ball 3 soon to be joined!) and I have about 25 rows to go before The Great Sleeve Divide! But, today Clue Two is out! I am eager to see where Kirsten takes us this year! Mystery knitting FTW! (and it also eases the boredom of the seemingly endless sleeve increases!)

Now, how about some hot weather friendly links?

Daylight is knit with just 2 skeins of Quince & Co. Sparrow…

And, speaking of Quince & Co…did you see their Shawls 2018?

Those crazy girls at MDK released Field Guide No. 7 this week: Ease

Carrie Bostick Hoge released madder MEDLEY! There are so many wonderful knits in there!

Arisu, Summerline, and Bamboo Summer Top are perfect for this hot weather!

And, while this is not summer knitting, it is just gorgeous: A Grown Ladies version of the Cockleshell Cardigan

That is all I have for this week! Have a great weekend and I will see you all back here on Monday!
