Are for making.
My list today includes more Cherry Tomato Jam, some Peach Jam, and a Plum tart.
Also, that Basil infused cocktail from Friday got very high marks! I based it on this recipe. It was bright and refreshing. Changes I made: I used regular vodka (not citrus flavored) and no tonic water. Served with a twist, it was the perfect start to the weekend!
Oh, and this will be done today! Well, at least the knitting will be done! Up next, steeks and a zipper!
How was your weekend?
Oooh, I can’t wait to see your finished sweater!
My weekend, as usual, went way too quickly, but it was a good one. We really lucked out with the weather!
A lemon basil martini sounds wonderful! And I can’t wait to see your sweater. Have you done a steek before?
Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh…steeks!!! Scary stuff. LOL
Those peaches look so refreshing!
Hope you have a wonderful knitty week.
Mmmm, I’ll have basil in just about anything!! I had a great weekend, thanks!
That’s a lot of ambitious plans for a Monday!
I had a lime basil gimlet once and thought it was the best cocktail ever!
Busy making goodness you are…too bad we can’t send taste tests over the ‘net! Weekend was great…as is today, also.
Cheers~
Woot for all that making … and the cocktail recipe! Sounds like your week is off to a wonderful start!
Yum! Sounds like you will have a delicious Monday. If you have a good recipe for peach jam let me know. I have tried several and never been quite satisfied. The Colorado Peaches are available in local stores and they are just the best.
That cocktail sounds perfect! 🙂
I hope your Monday was as productive as you’d planned!
Any chance you can share a recipe for your tomato jam?
