I am joining with Carole to share some right now things!
Happy Pi(e) Day. Sadly, no pie baking here today. But that does not mean there is a shortage of good things!
Thing One:
All.Of.This.
Thing Two:
Because of Thing One, I am reminded that I am in dire need of a pedicure. And, no – no photo of just how dire the need is. But, trust me – it’s very dire!
Thing Three:
The puzzle process begins! Yes, all the squares for my quilt top are completed and now I just need to lay them out and sew the rows together. I am so excited!!
Those are my things! What about you? Any special thing in your world today?
I am looking forward to the mild weather today but not so happy that it’s not sticking around. But I have worn shorter pants the last two days without wool socks (just flats), and that is pretty nice!
The quilt is going to be amazing!
Seventy two degrees?! It’s only supposed to be 50 here in Elkton and NJ. Your blocks look great so far, but don’t stay inside and sew all day; get out there and enjoy!
YES! Get outside. We won’t be that warm – mid-60’s or so but what a welcome change (especially before the rain tomorrow and cooler temps…again…over the weekend).
And here we were excited about temps in the 50s! Have fun arranging all those blocks!
I love those quilt blocks and I’m very jealous of your predicted highs today!
Wow! Your quilt will be beautiful! And you aren’t alone in needing a pedicure. Good grief, it’s been a rough winter!
We had a high of nearly 60 today, but it’s already cooling off. And I only got to get outside for a few minutes before the rain started . . . But still. 60!!!!
love your quilt pieces!! Today’s weather was fantastic! Sadly I was inside most of the time…
your quilt is looking amazing! (I have that spring pedicure appointment this afternoon – woot!)
Such pretty fun quilt squares. Have fun sewing them together. Enjoy that pedicure. We don’t quite have sandal weather yet but next week. Believe me Nebraska could use some sun.
