Greetings fellow Word Focus-er’s,
Next Monday, December 29th, will be our final word update for 2025. The link up will be up early and will remain open for the week. I am eager to read your final update for the year and I am excited to share with you how my word closed out for me this month!
I can’t believe we are just days away from 2026… this month has raced past, hasn’t it? I had wanted to get more things done than I had the wherewithal to accomplish… but it felt so good to let those things go. My “do” for today includes a bit of knitting and queueing up Holiday Inn to watch (and sing along with!)
Happy Monday everyone, I will be back on Wednesday with some making updates!

Thanks for the reminder. I look forward to reading everyone’s final post for the year and hope someone takes up the baton.
Like you, I had thought/hoped to get more done this month, but some things fell by the wayside and I’m good with that. Knitting and Holiday Inn sound like a good Monday to me – enjoy!!
Letting things go sounds good to me! I have to go grocery shopping today, and unfortunately I can’t let that go. But here’s to a good Monday!
Letting go is refreshing, I constantly think about what is filling my cup and do I want to make space for it.
I think letting things go is a very good practice! I have done a lot of it lately — and hope to continue in that manner in the new year. XO
I also let some things go this month and am also letting other things take the time they need. And you know what, the world (at least around here) hasn’t come to an end because of my slower pace. I hope you enjoyed Holiday Inn.
Letting things go is very much in line with my word this year! I’m not sure I’m going to have a word next year anyway. I hope you can slow the end of the month down a little to savor these last days of the holiday season.
